SWCC on-ground funding

SWCC is calling for Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from community groups, Local Government and private land managers for on-ground activities that address Australian Government targets as laid out in the Caring for our Country Business Plan (2011-13)

In particular, we encourage EOIs from land managers who will be working across property boundaries, undertaking a landscape-scale approach. Implementation of elements from a catchment management plan, or land managers working together with an integrated approach, will be highly regarded.

It is hoped this will encourage a coordinated, landscape-scale approach to NRM, particularly in target areas.

  • This is a rolling process and EOI’s can be submitted anytime up to June 2013 (funding and time permitting).
  • Once received, EOIs will be reviewed and provided to the appropriate SWCC staff member who will review the EOI and contact you to discuss your project.

Please note:

  • Submission of an EOI does not guarantee funding.
  • Successful funding recipients will be required to enter into a funding agreement.
  • Unsuccessful applicants will be notified in writing.

The funding for SWCC’s on-ground projects for the 2011-2013 investment is provided through the Australian Government’s Caring for our Country.
