Chefs Long Table Lunch Fundraiser

This year is the 16th annual Chefs Long Table Charity Lunch, the South Wests premier charity food and wine event. Run by community volunteers, this event has raised and distributed just on $1 Million to the South West community. The Leschenault Catchment Council is the beneficiary of the 2019 lunch and with this money it will be constructing possum and bat boxes for installation in public spaces. The Western Ringtail Possum is listed as Critically Endangered Species with only a few sustainable populations left in the world (all in South West WA). These nesting boxes help to protect the species and allow them to live alongside people with minimal disruption. Tickets for the lunch are on sale now so get in quick to enjoy an afternoon of delicious food, wine, an exciting auction and fabulous entertainment.
