Making Connections – Employer Forum

OPPORTUNITY FOR ALL EMPLOYERS
Working Together South West and the South West Aboriginal Workforce Development Centre is seeking expressions of interest from employers who are looking to offer employment opportunities to local job seekers to come along and hear about the new Australian Government Youth Jobs PaTH initiative launched in April 2017.
The Making Connections – Employer Forum will be held by Working Together South West and the South West Aboriginal Workforce Development Centre, in conjunction with the Australian Government, Department of Employment.
The focus of the Forum is on ‘real jobs’ and we encourage all of our employers who can offer current and projected opportunities to local job seekers to come along and listen to the incentives available to employers wishing to recruit local job seekers into their workforce.
Seats are limited, and employers will be selected on the basis of the ‘real jobs’ they have on offer across a variety of industry sectors. There is no cost for this event, although places will be limited to one person from each organisation. The person nominated to attend the event must be in a position to either make employment decisions and/or work directly within your organisations’ Human Resources area.
