Perth NRM’s Coastal Forum

Join Perth NRM and speakers from the Department of Fisheries; the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions Marine Science program; Department of Planning – Coastwest; the University of Western Australia and local council for a half-day of information sharing on what’s happening along our coast and in our waters.

Topics will include ocean temperatures effects on fish species distribution, research happening around dolphin and turtle populations, the new Coastal Zone Strategy, local council CHRMAP usage, Coastwest grants, the Red Map program, citizen science and more!

The workshop is aimed at coastal volunteers and will be an excellent learning experience and networking opportunity.  Lunch and refreshments provided.
