Public Health Nutrition Matters in the South West – FREE LECTURE

Come along to Edith Cowan University’s South West Campus and hear about public health nutrition from our leading researchers in ECU’s School of Medical and Health Sciences.

Professor Amanda Devine will discuss public health nutrition research connecting complex food systems and healthy built food environments.  She will comment on how these impact on our health, with a focus on gut and heart health.

Dr Stephanie Godrich will showcase the exciting public health nutrition research being undertaken in the South West.  She will discuss food systems and food security project that are occurring in partnership with local community and government stakeholders.  Dr Godrich will highlight the importance of a systems-thinking and co-design approach to research that makes a real difference to communities.
