Rural property managment summer school

January 8 - January 13

The Blackwood Environment Society is hosting a FREE summer school in rural property management this January in Bridgetown.
The workshops will run from January 8 – 13 at the Bridgetown Lesser Shire Hall.
You are welcome to attend whatever workshops are of the most interest or relevance to you.
Workshops will include:
* Minimising bushfire risks
* Water supplies and water-efficient irrigation
* Weed management
* Vegetation planting
* Soil management and soil improvement
* Living with wildlife
* Livestock management
* Dieback recognition and control
* Vertebrate pest control
* Property planning
