Soil Secrets

Bee Winifield is a well known and respected organic farmer and permaculture enthusiast. In this workshop Bee will weave the scientific story of how the health of our soils is related to human health and ecosystem health. With a focus on the importance of microbes, Bee will leave participants with a deep appreciation of the dirt under our feet and how they can help protect it.
