Treendale Reserve Community Planting Day

12 June, 2021 @ 9:30 am - 12:00 pm

The South West Catchments Council are running a series of planting days to help re-establish western ringtail possum habitat along the Wellesley River in Treendale (Australind).
Dates:
Saturday 12 June
Sunday 13 June
Sunday 20 June
On each planting day, we will meet at 9:30am on Tourmaline Ridge, Australind and walk 800m to the planting site.
The planting site has been ripped and mounded so care should be taken when walking across the uneven terrain. The community days are suitable for children to attend with a guardian.
Morning tea and tools will be provided. Please bring gloves, enclosed shoes and clothing to suit the weather conditions.
RSVP to Jaya Vaughan on [email protected] or 0427 415 222 with the date of the planting day(s) you wish to attend and your name.
This project is supported by the South West Catchments Council through funding from the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation & Attractions and the Australian Government’s National Landcare Program.
