Webinar: Social Media for NRM Organisations – Activating Your Community

The South West Catchments Council invites staff, board members and volunteers from natural resource management/landcare organisations to attend this 2-hour workshop on increasing your impact and activating your community through social media.

Special guest, Anna Hill from Hancock Creative, will cover the three pillars of successful social media and how they can be used to increase reach in the local community, achieve measurable results, attract volunteers and funds. It will give you a solid grounding in social media fundamentals and excite you about the possibility of using social media, including solid data showing you why it is vital to your future.

The workshop will also tackle the pros and cons of different social media platforms, encourage you to identify your target audiences on the platform, and give a simple model to communicate with them effectively.
