Woodanilling Landcare Zone Night Stalk

“We are excited to be hosting another nightstalk this year. This years event will be with the Woodanilling Primary School on Thurs Sept 17th.
With a young group participating, we have coordinated a walk of about half an hour in the old rifle range reserve with a bus to take us on the trip from school. A nightstalk usually occurs at dusk so we can catch the wildlife as some go to bed and some come out to hunt so the exact time will be confirmed once we get a better idea of sunset time closer to the date, but would expect it to be somewhere round 6 when we head out.
We encourage parents to attend if interested and recommend the kids bring a torch, warm clothes, hushed voices and keen senses to see what we can spot!”
