Peter Rogers’ professional experience has been in several legal, governance and strategic leadership positions in the not-for-profit, government and university sectors. Currently, Peter is employed with Curtin University – working as a Commercial Contracts Officer and serves as Councillor for Mandurah City Council.
Peter has served on the boards of the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre, June O’Connor Centre – Health and Wellbeing, and the Environmental Defender’s Office (WA). He holds undergraduate degrees in Law, Journalism, Politics & International Studies and Public Policy & Management, and is currently enrolled in a Graduate Certificate in Business.
His passions include community and economic development, arts, sustainability, law, governance, local government, Indigenous and Aboriginal empowerment and community engagement.
