The Friends of Big Swamp (FBOS) in Bunbury invite community members to help them with bird counts and busy bees.
The bird count usually occurs on the second Saturday of each month. Meet at the southern side of the swan at the bench opposite the intersection of Carob Street and Prince Phillip Drive at 7am in February, March, November and December. In the cooler months the group meets at 8am.
Busy bees are usually held on the fourth Sunday of each month. Meet at the FOBS shed at the western end of the Wildlife Park at 7am in the summer and 8am for the rest of the year.
